These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases from the Three54 Ride Store, whether online, in person, or via remote communication. By placing an order, booking a viewing, or arranging collection or delivery, you agree to the terms below.

Product Information & Viewings

All bicycles and products are sold as described on our website or as confirmed prior to purchase.

Additional photos, closer inspection images, and walk-around videos are available on request. Viewings are available by appointment only. We do not operate a walk-in shop.

Please ask any questions before purchasing. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product is suitable for their intended use.

Used Bikes – Servicing & Condition

All used bicycles are fully serviced prior to sale by a City & Guilds qualified mechanic.

The service includes:

  • Tyre pressure check

  • Chain inspection

  • Brake setup

  • Gear indexing where applicable

  • Cable oiling

  • Wheel truing and spoke tension check

  • General component inspection

  • Bolt torque checks

  • Correct fitment of quick-release components

Used bikes are sold ready to ride. Cosmetic marks and signs of wear consistent with normal use should be expected.

Used Bike Condition Ratings

10/10 – Excellent condition with very light signs of use

9/10 – Excellent condition with minor cosmetic marks such as light pedal wear, grip or saddle marks, or small paint touch-ups

8/10 – Very good condition with visible signs of use, including scratches, touch-ups, worn contact points, tyres approaching wear limits, or light surface rust on non-critical components. Performance is not affected

7/10 – Clear signs of use including paint chips, worn contact points, tyres near wear limits, or surface rust on ancillary fixings. Performance is not affected

6/10 – Sold for spares or repair only. Not serviced or sold as ready to ride

We do not sell bicycles rated below 6/10.

New Bikes

New bicycles are supplied in manufacturer condition and may require final setup after delivery.

Manufacturer warranties apply where provided. Any cosmetic marks identified prior to dispatch will be disclosed.

Click & Collect

Click & Collect is available by appointment only.

  • Valid ID is required on collection

  • Orders must be collected within the agreed timeframe

  • Bikes should be inspected at collection and any issues raised at that time

Responsibility transfers to the customer once the bicycle leaves our premises.

Delivery & Assembly

Bicycles delivered will be securely boxed. Some assembly will be required on arrival.

Assembly support is available on request and may include written guidance, photos, videos, or phone/video assistance. This support is advisory only.

We primarily use APC Overnight for bike deliveries, although alternative couriers may be used during busy periods or for smaller items.

Test Rides

Test rides are available by appointment only and are undertaken entirely at the rider’s own risk.

  • Riders must be competent to ride the bicycle

  • Helmets are strongly recommended

  • Riders are responsible for any damage during a test ride

  • We accept no liability for injury or loss during test rides

Safety & Rider Responsibility

Cycling carries inherent risk. Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • The bicycle is suitable for the rider and intended use

  • The bicycle is correctly adjusted before riding

  • Ongoing maintenance is carried out after purchase

For children’s bikes, responsibility lies with the parent or guardian for correct sizing, setup, and supervision.

Returns & Cancellations

Customers may cancel within 14 days of receiving goods, in line with UK consumer regulations.

Returned bicycles must:

  • Be in the original box

  • Be packaged in the same way as delivered

This is required by our courier due to automated sorting systems.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied. Used bikes must be returned in the same condition as supplied, excluding reasonable inspection.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, misuse of products, or failure to follow safety guidance, to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
